Austin Event Home

Austin is one of three newly constructed homes in Corolla’s newest neighbor, The Pine Island Limited. Although oceanfront, it also has sweeping views of the sunsets on the sound. With 11 bedrooms, one being a suite over the garage, it sleeps 28 people and is perfect for a 75 person event.

The backyard is undoubtedly one of the best outdoor event spaces on the Outer Banks. There is room for cocktail hour and dining, with a large area for dancing! Much of this area is covered.

On the mid level, there is dining space over the outside bar with an ocean view.

On the lower level interior, there is a gathering area which can be converted for use as a rain backup plan. The top floor has a partially covered oceanview deck, great for reception dining.

The direct beach access with a dune-top ocean view deck, makes it easy for your guests and your wedding party to enter your beach Ceremony.
