Newbern Event Home

Newbern is one of three newly constructed homes in Corolla’s newest neighbor, The Pine Island Limited. Although across the path from the ocean, it still has sweeping views of the sunsets on the sound and the ocean. With 8 bedrooms, it sleeps 20 people and is perfect for a 35 person event.

The backyard has room for cocktail hour and dining, with an area for dancing! On the lower level interior, there is a gathering area which can be converted for use as a rain backup plan.

The direct beach access, steps away from the house, makes it easy for your guests and your wedding party to enter your beach Ceremony.

11th Hour can custom design a simple rental equipment package, up to a complete premium event package for you, keeping in mind your budget and vision.
