Paws and Claws is nestled right on the oceanfront in the Villages of Ocean Hill Community. This community is famous for its wide beaches and its proximity to the 4×4 beach where the wild horses roam. The community offers both oceanfront and sound front pools that are open Memorial Day through Labor Day, a beachside snack bar, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and basketball courts, shuffleboard, state of a state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s playground and even a stocked pond for catch and release fishing. If you need a break from the salt and sand you can walk or ride your bike along the Corolla Bike Path to the nearby Currituck Banks Reserve walking trails, Corolla Adventure Park, Currituck Lighthouse, Maritime Museum, Currituck Club, and many shops and restaurants.
This newly remodeled, six (6) bedroom oceanfront has plenty of space to gather but also plenty of quiet nooks where guests are able to find privacy and relaxation while Dolphin gazing! The well-equipped kitchen offers up a great spot for entertaining and staying close to the action. The open, adjoining living space offers spectacular views of the Atlantic. The dining room is grand and spacious with a large marble table for Reception dining. The large pool area has plenty of seating and can serve as a dance floor. And, if you are looking to have a spring or fall wedding, the pool can be heated for a fee!
