11th Hour Weddings and Events not only offers Ceremony and Reception Rental Equipment, we include staff to set up and take down the items at no extra charge!
Don’t make your family members and friends work on your wedding day, dragging chairs through the sand. Let them enjoy the day with you.
And, by including our Planning and Directing services to your tailor designed package, you and your guests will have a stress free day!
Our company manages or works with Venues and Event Homes in the Outer and Inner Banks of North Carolina and Tidewater and Sandbridge Beach Virginia. We can assist you in finding the perfect location to fit your needs, vision and budget. But, if you have already chosen your venue, we can supply you with the rental equipment you need to fill in the missing parts the Venue or Event Home doesn’t include.
We can begin helping you at whatever stage of the process you are in, before or after the venue choice has been made. And, we will also work to make your budget be the most cost effective it can be.
All our rentals include delivery, setup and take down the same day. No extra fees are added. Some minimums can apply.

Reception Decor
All setup and take down of 11th Hour equipment is included with the rental cost. Packages including unlimited choices of Decor and Signs available. Minimums apply.
Centerpieces
Rental of our Centerpieces include free use of our Faux Floral, Eucalyptus Runners, LED Candles, Twinkle Lights, Grapevine Wood, Votives, Shells, Starfish, Glass Beads and various styles of Table Numbers. Setup and Takedown of the Table Decor is included. Minimums apply.
Lighting
Tables and Chairs
All setup and take down of 11th Hour Events Equipment is included with the rental cost. Minimums apply.
Linens
11th Hour Events Linens are ironed on site for a perfect presentation. No ugly hanger lines! All are linens, no matter what size or configuration are all the same $25 cost. Minimums apply.
Arches and Ceremony Decor
Rental of any Arch with at least 20 Chairs includes FREE use of our Faux Arch Spray, Aisle Chair Decor or White Metal Aisle Lanterns, Pampas Grass Vases or Curly Willow Bundles, choice of Welcome Ceremony Sign, choice of Unplugged Sign, Ceremony Reserved Chair Signs and Ceremony Table. Please see Decor Options. All setup and take down of 11th equipment is included with the rental cost. Also, our rental staff stays on site incase bad weather requires a change of location or chairs need to be dried off.
Signs
Up to two Ceremony Signs and Reserved Chair Signs are included free with the Rental of an Arch and at least 20 chairs. All setup and take down of 11th Hour Events equipment is included with the rental cost. Packages including unlimited choices of Decor and Signs available. Minimums apply.

We can create a Micro Wedding with the Ceremony Only or add a Small Dinner Reception.
Venue Packages can be at one of our own locations or your choice of others.
Event Home Packages can be in the Outer Banks of NC or Sandbridge Beach VA.
11th Hour Weddings and Events own equipment from arches, to farm tables, to linens to decor and lighting. Our Wedding Planners are Certified, and our Photographers and Florist have been in business for decades. Our Musicians and DJs are outstanding! The Caterers and Bakers we work with are talented and tasty at the best price point in the area. We feature Cafe String Lighting and give you two nights for the price of one. All of our Rentals and Decor are set up and taken down with staff onsite to tie it all together.
Even if you have already reserved a venue or event home and/or hired vendors, we can fill in the missing rental parts. Our staff can construct your wedding the day of, and direct your event from start to finish.
Most of our packages include Planning / Directing.
