Event Homes offer a location for your Ceremony and Reception plus a private bedroom and bath for some or all of your guests to stay, in lieu of a hotel. Venues vary in size and style and can be chosen by the distance from hotels, motels, resorts and rental houses in your favorite Outer Banks beach town.

The Pointe Golf Club Outer Banks NC

The clubhouse seats 125 with a huge dance floor space beside a u-shaped bar. A brick patio wraps around the back of the building where you can enjoy an outdoor fireplace under a pergola with cafe lights. If outside accommodations are desired, they have a 30x60 frame tent with seating for 75 and a dance floor.

Austin Event Home

The oceanfront Austin has 10 bedrooms in the main house, each with their own bathroom and a private suite above the garage, with a king bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room, and kitchenette. It has a large backyard designed with wedding receptions in mind.

Newbern Event Home

The newly constructed semi-oceanfront home Newbern, is just a short walk to the beach. It has oceanfront and soundfront views and a backyard perfect for small events up to 35 guests. This prestigious home features 8 bedrooms each with a private bathroom

Outer Banks Pier Weddings

The Outer Banks offers many unique ways of exchanging your wedding vows. Many couples prefer their toes in the sand right by the ocean. But some couples go a further step and tie their knot literally standing over the waves! There are two piers that not only have an over the sea Ceremony spot, they also have beautiful venues for your reception. Both, although approximately 14 miles apart, are centrally located on the Outer Banks Beaches.

Crew Quarters

Crew Quarters is an amazing oceanfront Event Home that offers space for events up to 80 guests. It has multiple areas to dance, dine, or even hold your Ceremony under a covered deck overlooking the ocean! This home has 16 bedrooms with private baths.

Basnight Event Home

The newly constructed Basnight features 10 bedrooms with private baths with an additional two room private suite above the garage. Events up to 50 can take place at this oceanfront venue with a partially covered third floor deck to dine and an amazing backyard for dancing.

Knot Home

Knot Home boasts 16 bedrooms with private baths and has event space for 80 guests. The pool area and lawn are perfect for your reception and the ocean is steps away for your ceremony. There are several deep covered porches with ocean views.

Pine Island Lodge

The Pine Island Lodge is by far the finest Event Home in all of the Outer Banks! It is the perfect backdrop for a wedding of up to 200 guests. Oceanfront living at its finest, this spacious 28 bedroom home offers every luxury with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound.

Paws and Claws

Paws and Claws is nestled right on the oceanfront in the Villages of Ocean Hill Community. This community is famous for its wide beaches and its proximity to the 4x4 beach where the wild horses roam.
